At G Pen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
